My question would be can one make a living on Squidoo? I am i the beginning phases but I would assume that this might only be the way to drive traffic to other sites.

All of the Glam ads disappeared for about a week I think. For all of my lenses that I’ve checked lately – they’re back though.

I guess I’m happy either way. I trust that the PTB will put up whichever ends up being the most beneficial from an income standpoint. I highly doubt that Glam is going to do very well on some of my lenses in which their adverts are completely irrelevant to the topic of the lens, but I wasn’t thrilled with the Google-sponsored EBay ads that directly competed with my own EBay modules either.

I actually still see glam ads on squidoo lenses. (checked two). I guess you’re saying that’s being phased out?

Cap’n, Good, basic information. Lensrank can be fun and addicting, but it is not the path to riches. As you have shown, affiliate marketing using the draw of Squidoo can be a path to real income. Squidoo also has value as relevant links from our lenses to our other sites.

By the way, did you get credit for my signing up for Pepperjam using your link? I saw nothing at my Pepperjam dashboard. It does look like a nice program; I’ve started to play with it.
