What if we put up a redirect page on our own domain which redirects to the ebay site? Will this be acceptable?

I’ve just noticed that USFreeads no longer allow Amazon links in the ads. That’s a bummer for the start up guy. More reason for Internet Marketers to get their own domains I think.

Its not just affiliates that are being affected by changes. They have made many changes for sellers in the UK, including feedback, paypal requirements and the latest being having to offer free postage on certain categories.

I must be missing something….how does one ADD their own personal picture to their posts here? Wish I could figure it out…lol *scratches head* usually this kind of stuff isn’t that difficult for me…it’s probably very easy and i’m just overlooking something so simple….

Months and months and months of writing have gone into sculpting that lens…. Hope my ‘review’ of your site is OK….

You don’t happen to have a screen capture of your website/blog front page, do you? Of all my experience mastering HTML/CSS for Squidoo, I still don’t know how to take a screen capture of something…lol….

Ideally, I’ve liked to put the actual front page screen capture of the websites Iv’e reviewed…right in the picture area on the text module…for right now, I used your logo (hope you don’t mind…)…but, I’d like to change it to a screen capture like all the rest of my reviews

Does anyone know if it’s acceptable to promote eBay through Pepperjam on Squidoo?

I read the terms on Pepperjam for promoting eBay a couple of days ago and it doesn’t say anything about putting links on sites you don’t own. I am wondering, however, it they just haven’t updated their terms recently since the change in the eBay affiliate program is recent.

I don’t think eBay has a clue. They keep sabotaging the people who bring them the most sales.

Hi Captain, Squidoo is still a great place to learn and has lots of great people, but in my opinion this is yet another reminder of why it is wise for those who are into Internet Marketing to spend at least as much time building their own sites as they do putting content on sites that they don’t own.

This does not make me happy at all. I’ve been with the eBay affiliate program now since, wow, 2000 or so, affiliate-wise, and it’s just getting harder and harder to use.
