I have yet to be disapproved for a program on Pepperjam. on one, the approval was taking a bit longer so I sent an e-mail to the account rep and they approved it within a day.

They are usually quite good about it.

How easy is it to get accepted to the specific affiliate programs? I found that Affiliate Sites such as LinkShare are difficult to get acceptance to programs with Squidoo. I get denied often.
