Squid Badges are coming

Along with the new layouts for Squidoo that will be rolled out shortly (more on this in another post), the concept of badges will be introduced and displayed promienently next to a lensmaster name in order to show authority, coolness, and general bad ass-ness.

Basically,� you can now have a Glory Wall on every lens 
What I want to know is :
How are they measuring the top 1% for that badge?
How the heck do you get Purple Stars and what do they do?

I like the way the new layout puts more attention on the content of the lens- it’s much more focused. The other format was just getting too busy. I wonder if Seth reconsidered his rule about white backgrounds being best…
Saw my Giant Squid badge and gold stars. Glad I saw Megan’s lens to help explain it all. Hope it all works out for the best (it has so far…)
